Great example of IMC (Integrated Marketing Communications)!
Considering the target audience of BMW, I think it's a great PR campaign.  Good use of Promotional Mix as well, like doing a virtual car race as well as interacting through facebook.  Not sure who the target audience is though...maybe 26-40 year old men?  It's held in South Africa, which makes the event more interesting as well.  

I'm looking for some examples of IMC campaigns as I am doing a project with PR and Marketing students this term.  The combination of Advertising, PR, and Marketing students...it's going to interesting.  The project is to make an integrated marketing communications plan for the Tank Museum for the Olympics season in 2012.  I'm quite excited about it!
